How are participants matched?
Participants are matched by a committee in a thoughtful consideration process aimed at finding the most suitable connections. Information provided in the application, including previously identified questions, serve as a guide to facilitate matches for compatibility and mutual benefit.
Can I change my mentor/ mentee?
Requests may be made formally and sent to the Director of Career Initiatives for COEHP for review.
Can I quit the program at any time?
To discontinue participation in the program, a formal withdraw request much be submitted to the Director of Career Initiatives for COEHP.
Do I have to resubmit an application each semester to participate?
No. New applications are only necessary for new participants. The program will send out annual invitations to current participants to encourage their participation in the next cohort.
